Bei der FCC gibt's Unterlagen zum PS4 Devkit "DUH-D1000AA".
http://www.engadget.com/2013/07/16/sony-ps4-development-kit-fcc/

GDDR5 operates with two different clock types. A differential command clock (CK) as a reference for address and command inputs, and a forwarded differential write clock (WCK) as a reference for data reads and writes. Being more precise, the GDDR5 SGRAM uses two write clocks, each of them assigned to two bytes. The WCK runs at twice the CK frequency.
On February 20, 2013, it was announced that the PlayStation 4 will utilize 16 4-Gbit GDDR5 memory chips for 8 GiB of GDDR5@5.5Gbits/s (CK 1.375GHz and WCK 2.75GHz) as combined system and graphics RAM for use with its AMD-powered APU.

Polygon spoke to various development sources who say that the PlayStation 4 dev kit costs about $2,500
Although this $2,500 price is being cited in development circles, the game-makers we spoke to all said that Sony had lent them dev kits for a limited period of one year, for free. As of right now, there are no dev kits being sold. Sony is sending whatever it has available to favored developers. "All the indies I know got them for free," said one developer. "Sony has been amazing about kits and development thus far."

Another developer said that Sony is focused on loaners, rather than collecting fees. "They are handing them out like candy," he said.
In the previous generation, PS3 dev kits cost between $1,000 and $10,000. Generally, there are different levels of dev kits, ranging in debug functionality and pricing. The $2,500 price point seems to be a popular option among most developers.

@PS4 Debug / Testing Kit, Model No.: DUH-T1000AA (DEX)
Activated = Can't play RETAIL disc.
Expired = Can't play RETAIL disc.

There is no sense to looking for new .AFV file (patched or not) if people continue to talk about retail game disc, these just do not works on PS4 generation of DEX units.
Activation will let you use NP-INT like allow you run "usigned code" that's all...

Why these are worth that price? I really do not know... I will never understand SCE DevNet pricing and Dev/Test Kits... take a call to SCEA and ask him! ;)

Note: You will need to mod your system with CFW or something to allow these, because (officially) testing kits are not allowed to run retail games... maybe in future SCE will release some new update or fix that, I can't tell you exactly.
I personally have tested games on this unit / (officially) activated: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...9105348&type=1 (game disc can be installed, but give you error message anyway).
error messages are all I faced during the use of these units. I have several test packages but won't work due to expired system.
It is a paper weight... or you want to pay for a collector piece (with no label for showing off XD).
