Milestone hat Ride 4 auf der PS5 für den 21. Januar 2021 angekündigt. Spieler, die die PlayStation 4-Version des Spiels kaufen, können die PS5-Version bis zum 30. April 2021, inklusive aller erworbenen DLCs, kostenfrei herunterladen.

Spieler der Xbox-One-Version erhalten über Smart Delivery das Rennspiel automatisch auch für die Xbox Series X. Soweit bekannt, gibt es dafür keine Zeitbegrenzung.
