Hm, nicht falsch verstehen aber dieser Thread ist etwas "sinnlos". Ich bin der Meinung, dass man man ein Kategorie hinzufügen sollte wie bei der PS3 die sich grundsätzlich mit den Spielen beschäftigt, die Du aufgezählt hast.

Hab mir bis jetzt nur Warframe angeguckt und das schaut schon toll aus!

Im PS3-Unterforum war das etwas durcheinander. Manche Titel hatten eigene Threads, manche wurden nur im PSN-Thread gepostet, manche wiederum in PS3-Spieleforen.
Die Vita hat es wiederum alles in einem Unterforum.
Entweder macht man ein generelles PSN-Unterforum, oder es würde sich dieser Thread anbieten, gesammelt über die kleinen PSN-Spiele zu quatschen.

New Pinball Arcade Kickstarter - Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Info zu der Lizenzlage:
FarSight has a very limited window with which to do T2. Waiting will not make the license cheaper, it will make it unavailable. There is another game company that has purchased the Terminator license for exclusivity. Their game is in development but has not been announced to the best of my knowledge. They paid HUGE dollars for this license. FarSight managed to sneak in do to the fact that theirs will not be a competing game, but once that other game is announced, all doors close. That is the reality of the situation. I completely agree that having the Steam and 360 stuff be available would have been ideal, but obviously the clock is ticking.

As to what will happen to the physical machine they have? C'mon, Jay obviously loves that thing. I think the mayor of Big Bear will just have a new toy!

I do think it's scary that the cost of the license is for Ah-nold and the name of T2. By the way, T5 is rolling forward too because I believe in 2018 the rights to the Terminator revert back to James Cameron. You'll remember he sold them to Gale Anne Hurd for $1 to get the first movie made. She also happened to be his wife at the time. So FarSight isn't the only company under the gun to get things with that license moving quickly.

The licenses for Terminator 2: Judgment Day will cost $66,000 (and that’s just for the licenses- we’ll cover all of the development expenses ourselves). Thanks to the amazing generosity of pinball fans throughout the world, our previous Kickstarter project for the Star Trek: The Next Generation pinball table raised $7,000 more than we needed for the Star Trek: licenses and we're applying this towards the license costs of Terminator 2: Judgment Day. If we can raise the remaining $59,000 we’ll be able to digitize Terminator 2: Judgment Day and preserve one of the greatest pinball tables of all time. If we don't reach our goal no credit cards will be charged, but if we raise more then the goal we’ll be able to digitize other licensed tables as well, including the next table we'd really like to pursue- Bally's incredible classic The Addams Family!

Ich freue mich nach dem Interview ehrlich gesagt schon mehr auf dieses Spiel, als auf die meisten A³-Blockbuster.
Alleine der Einfluss so vieler so unterschiedlicher Spiele (RDR wegen der offenen verlassenen Welt die es zu erkunden gilt, Halo wegen der KI und den stets fordernden Kämpfe) und Medien (jap. Filme/Serien wie Robotech, Macross, Starship Yamato) ist schon erstaunlich.

Ja & nein. Ja sie ist schon seit Halo 1 besser als der ganze Mist, den man im FPS-Genre sonst so serviert bekommt. Nein sie ist keine Referenz wie jetzt zB FEAR (PC), Far Cry 1 (PC), oder Killzone 2.

Am Besten lässt sich das erklären mit: die KI reagiert richtig auf dich und das auch entsprechend des Schwierigkeitsgrades. Sie weicht glaubwürdig aus (auf Legendär sogar schon etwas zu gut), geht in Deckung und wirkt SEHR lebendig. Ich habe aber in noch keinem Halo echte Überraschungen erlebt wie in FEAR zB wo ich einige Male fast einen Herzinfakt bekam, weil mich die KI so geschickt ablenkte & flankierte.
Die Kämpfe wirken dadurch SEHR dynamisch, was man von CoD & dieser Schießbuden-KI nicht sagen konnte (wenn die KI in CoD den Spieler überraschte war es geskriptet).

Das hab ich auch eher als Sammelthread für Titel ohne eigenen Thread gedacht. Für entsprechend interessante Spiele könnte man ja eigene Threads aufmachen. Ich finds nur immer wieder schade, wenn man aufgrund eines interessanten Konzeptes einen Thread aufmacht und dann dieser nach 3 Posts versumpft.

In dieser Hinsicht hast Du auch wieder recht.

Rime fand ich sehr interessant - erinnert mich irgendwie an eine Mischung aus Flower und PoP.

Shadow of the Beast finde ich deswegen gut weil ich es so oft auf dem Amiga 500 gezockt habe. Kam da aber nicht sonderlich weit, da Skill kaum vorhanden war :)

Nur den 3. Teil habe ich nicht gespielt. Vorallem hat man ja gesehen wer hier wirklich ein Psygnosis fan ist :D
