Electronic Arts Inc (NASDAQ: ERTS) and Spicy Horse today announced that they have signed a publishing deal for an all-new title based on EA’s 2000 classic, American McGee’s Alice™. The game reunites EA with American McGee, the creative visionary behind the original game. The new title is in development for the PC, PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system and Xbox 360® video game console.

“This new project is a dream come true for me and the fans who’ve kept the Alice flame alive,” said American McGee, senior creative director at Spicy Horse. “EA gave us creative latitude and support on the original game which resulted in something beautiful and daring. This trip through the looking glass promises to be even more exciting.”

Im Sommer soll es soweit sein. Ich freu mich schon, wie ein Irrer drauf <3

Ich kannte das Spiel gar nicht. Der Trailer aber ist sehr atmosphärisch und genau so irgendwie beängstigend wie blutig.
Das einzige was mir nicht gefällt, ist das Charakterdesign von Alice. Ansonsten eigentlich ein interessanter Trailer.

Was hat den Vorgänger so besonders gemacht, dass viele hier von einem zweiten Teil so begeistert sind? Könnte über Kauf und Nicht-Kauf entscheiden. :D

Die Atmosphäre, der grafische Stil sowie die komplette Wunderland in seiner Horrorvision.
Es war ein gleichermaßen beängstigender wie auch faszinierender Trip durch etwas, was jeder von uns in seiner Kindheit erlebt hat.
Darum heißt es auch "Bei ihrer Rückker", denn der Spieler kehrt mit ihr ins Wunderland, als seiner Kindheit wieder. Und findet diese verstörte Horrorwelt wieder.

Holt euch den ersten Teil! Den bekommt man zwischen 10 und 20 Euro. Selbst 50 Euro wäre er heute noch Wert!

Ja, das ist auch ein Reiz. Das Kindermärchen in seiner schlimmsten Form zu erleben. Bestimmt trifft man so einige bekannte Figuren und es wäre echt interessant zu sehen, was aus denen geworden ist.
Okay, werde das Spiel also mal im Hinterstübchen behalten. Interesse ist geweckt.

EDIT: SofC für PC? Interesse raised. :D
