The details are unchanged from earlier. This Wii collection includes five past titles on one disk: Dragon Quest (Famicom), Dragon Quest 2 (Famicom), Dragon Quest 3 (Famicom), Dragon Quest 1&2 (Super Famicom) and Dragon Quest 3 (Super Famicom). The games are just the original versions running on Wii. They can be played with Wiimote, Classic Controller/Pro and the Game Cube controller.
A release for the collection is set at September. Pricing has yet to be announced.
This Wii title is being released as a commemorative 25th anniversary title for the Dragon Quest series, which, according to Square Enix, has sold 57 million units as of December 2010 (package titles only). Square Enix says to expect a variety of developments for the anniversary. A special site for the anniversary will be opening shortly.
