Man wird ja schon mehr oder weniger dazu gedrängt, sich die größte Version zu holen. Weil nach 4 Jahren verschwinden ja das Spiel und sämtliche DLCs dazu aus dem Store (Zumindest war es bei den Vorgängern so der Fall, wird hier wohl nicht anders sein).

War immer so, aber Forza Horizon 4 wird nach jetzt 5 Jahren immer noch verkauft.

und "FM8" hat keine Nummer (find ich immer dumm, weil irgendwann gibt's einen richtigen Nachfolger), also wird's wohl mehr als die früheren 2 Jahre bis zu einem Nachfolger dauern.


Ich hab das FM Premium AddOns Bundle vorbestellt. Das Spiel ist im Gamepass, und kann ich irgendwann kaufen wenn es günstiger ist.

Kein Splitscreen in FM8.
Wenn sie jetzt wenigstens einen LAN Modus zurück bringen würden... Zuletzt gesehen in FM2.


Dafür daß an der Grafik so viel neu sein soll, erinnert vieles doch sehr an die bisherigen Teile. Felgen z.B.

Jede Strecke ist jetzt dynamisch, das frisst schon viel Hardware. Von RT hört man komischerweise nix mehr.

Minimum specifications require nothing less than a six-core processor, from AMD/Intel’s 2017 Ryzen 5 and i5 ranges, and at least an Nvidia GTX 1060 or AMD RX 5500 XT graphics card. You’ll need a minimum of 8GB of system memory, 4GB of VRAM.

PC versions of the title will support Nvidia DLSS 2 and AMD FSR 2.2 upscaling tech, DirectStorage to take advantage of SSDs, and offer both 4K (or higher) resolution and unlocked frame-rates. However that last item only applies to single-player, with frame-rates locked in multiplayer to ensure no advantage during cross-platform play.
