Dear PSN Account Holder,

We are providing you with notice of changes to the Terms of Service and
User Agreement for your PLAYSTATION(R)Network account(s), including any
Sub Accounts that are associated with your Master Account. It is important
that you visit http://playstation.innovyx.net/r?xJlJWcWEPvPclEHWcclnJTJHTq
to review those changes carefully so that you and your Sub Accounts may
continue to enjoy the products and services offered through PLAYSTATION(R)Network.
The revised Terms of Service and User Agreement will be effective no sooner
than October 30th, 2007, and will apply to you and your Sub Accounts whom you
are responsible for. Adult Sub Accounts are also responsible for their
own actions.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms of Service and User Agreement,
please contact Customer Service to terminate your account(s). Otherwise,
you or your Sub Account's continued use of his or her PLAYSTATION(R)Network
account means you agree to the changes. If you have any questions, please

Das selbe wie mit XBOX dann, US (IP) und so gesperrt, oder wie meinen die ditte?

keine panik da steht überhaupt nix von dem was ihr befürchtet... im us account haben wir ja eh us adressen etc. also ist es unmöglich diese zu sperren.

hier werden nur die AGB's angepasst. für den kommenden Videostore und wohl auch home - that's it!

Auf deutsch: Sony hat die AGBs verändert, wer damit nicht einverstanden ist soll sich bei Sony melden ansonsten treten die neuen AGBs am 30 Oktober ein.
Also nichts mit Multi-Accountsperrung etc.

Bevor man in Panik verfällt sollte man den Text vielleicht einmal verstehen :ugly:

Das lässt übrigens in Verbindung mit der News von der neuen Blu-Ray 1.1 Spezifikation imminent darauf schließen, dass bis 30.10 ein FW-Update stattfindet, ob es sich dabei um 2.0 handelt ist offen. Die Änderungen der TOS, lassen aber gerüchteweise darauf schließen, dass die Home-Beta und der Videostore(?) dann auch starten werden.
