Wer in der Dashboard-Beta war sollte den alten IE löschen. Sonst hat man ihn nachher zweimal auf der Platte und keine Version funktioniert

Mit einem Trick gehen die XBLA Spiele auch von HDD

Installing it to the hard drive prevents the in-game menu from letting you access the old titles, but you can totally get to them from the Games Library as long as you have the disc in whether you've installed BFG or not. They are indeed the original XBLA versions and as such don't have new achievements.

Forza Horizon Rally Expansion Pack ab 18. Dezember erhältlich

17.10.12 - Microsoft gibt bekannt, dass für Forza Horizon das "Rally Expansion Pack" ab dem 18.12.12 in Deutschland für 1.600 Microsoft-Punkte erhältlich sein wird. Das Update bietet Rally Racing und bringt unter anderem höhere Sprünge, neue Fahrbahnoberflächen sowie speziell für Off-Road getunte Autos mit sich.

Mit dem Forza Horizon Season Pass erhalten Spieler automatisch Zugang zum Forza Horizon Expansion Pack. Zusätzlich gibt es sechs Car Packs, die ab November 2012 monatlich veröffentlicht werden. Jedes dieser Car Packs wird sechs neue Fahrzeuge enthalten – von modernen Boliden bis hin zu Klassikern.

Im Einzelkauf kosten die im Forza Horizon Season Pass enthaltenen Car Packs jeweils 400 Microsoft-Punkte. Außerdem erhalten alle Inhaber des Season Pass fünf exklusive Autos, die von November 2012 bis März 2013 jeden dritten Dienstag im Monat zum Download bereit stehen. Das erste Season Pass Bonus-Auto ist der 2006 Lamborghini Miura Concept.

Der Forza Horizon Season Pass ist ab 26.10.12 auf dem Xbox Live Marktplatz für 4.000 Microsoft-Punkte erhältlich. Damit sparen Forza Fans im Vergleich zum Einzelerwerb der Erweiterungen insgesamt mehr als 15 Rabatt.

Folgende Fahrzeuge sind im ersten Car Pack enthalten, das am 26.10.12 veröffentlicht wird:

- 2012 Ferrari 599XX Evoluzione
- 2012 Lamborghini Aventador J
- 2012 Gumpert Apollo Enraged
- 2012 Alfa Romeo 8C Spider
- 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302
- 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air

DOOM 3 BFG Edition: Betehsda rät von Installation ab

18.10.12 - Bethesda rät von einer Installation des Shooters DOOM 3 BFG Edition (PS3, Xbox 360) auf der Festplatte der Xbox 360 ab. Die Installation bringt keine Perfomance-Vorteile mit sich. Außerdem sind die Klassiker Doom 1 und Doom 2 dann nicht mehr spielbar.

Normal ist das nicht, aber beim letzten großen Dash-Update gabs am Beginn einige Probleme. Vlt versucht MS diese mit einem gestaffelten Update zu umgehen. Trotzdem hätte ich gerne mal Infos nach was die jetzt gehen.
Ich hab nur im Netz die Info gefunden, dass es gestaffelt die nächste Woche so gehen soll, nur nicht nach welchem System.

Damals bin ich ersten nicht davon ausgegangen, dass sich das Dash so zieht und zweitens hatte ich zu dieser Zeit kein Live Gold (persönlicher, stiller (& sturer) Protest, dass nur noch DLC in den Deal of the Week kommt).
Außerdem hab ich mich schon soooo oft irgendwo bei einer Beta angemeldet (auch bei MS), aber da ziehe ich oft die Arschkarte.

Ich finde das immer noch eine seltsame Entscheidung jetzt alles mögliche Xbox zu nennen.

Viel Enthusiasmus bauen solchen Meldungen auch bei mir nicht auf. Ich hoffe MS drängt nicht zu sehr in die Multimedia-Sparte, denn ansich machen sie gerade aus meiner Sicht einen guten Job.
