Harley Quinn’s Revenge DLC pack dated

Rocksteady’s Community Manager Sarah Wellock has revealed via a Twitter that the upcoming Batman: Arkham City DLC pack Harley Quinn’s Revenge will be releasing before the end of the month.



The PlayStation 3 version should hit the US on May 29, with other territories to follow in the same weekly update, while the Xbox 360 version will roll out worldwide on May 30.

The content pack sends players back into Arkham City as they’re tasked with uncovering Harley’s plan for vengeance as well as shutting down the gates of the heavily fortified mega prison for good.

Players will be able to switch between playing both as Batman and Robin as more than 2 hours of fresh gameplay is provided.

IGN have put up a preview of Harley Quinn’s Revenge, the upcoming DLC epilogue episode for Batman: Arkham City. The episode, IGN report, takes place a few weeks after the end of Arkham City, and lets the player play as both Robin and Batman.



Following the events at the end of the game, Batman has gone missing during an investigation to track down missing cops who entered Arkham City. Oracle and Robin are concerned as they feel the events in Arkham City have had an impact on him, and he hasn’t been the same since. Foul play is suspected as Harley Quinn has taken over the Joker’s old hideout, and Robin sets out to find his partner.



Robin won’t be able to roam freely around the entirety of Arkham City, unfortunately, but the game will also feature flashback sections where you play as Batman, and get to see what happened during his investigation.



Harley Quinn’s Revenge will cost 800 Microsoft Points or $10 on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. PSN will see it on May 29th and Xbox Live on the 30th. The DLC episode will be released for PC at a later date.

Ich überleg grade ob ich mir den Nightwing Dlc und am ende des Monats HQ Revenge sauge oder lieber auf die GOTY warte. Hätte doch schon lieber alles auf Disc, aber die kommt ja erst im September

Ich war von Arkham City echt überrascht, hat auf jedenfall zu meinen Top 5 games des letzten Jahres gehört. Der Dlc ist daher natürlich Pflicht

Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition will be available from the 7th September 2012, in the UK, more than three months after its US release. This date currently applies to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions

Rocksteady: There Are Still "3-4" Undiscovered Secrets in Batman Arkham City

Rocksteady has clarified its earlier assertion that there are still undiscovered easter eggs in Batman: Arkham City, saying that there are still "3-4" left to be found.

At a panel hosted by IGN at London's Kapow! Comic Con, Director Sefton Hill said that there were "3 or 4" secrets in the game that nobody had yet uncovered.

"Some of them we put in there that were really obscure were found within a week [like the Scarecrow code]," he said. "We didn't think anyone would ever solve that, but it only took people two days. But there are still 3 or 4 things that people haven't seen - some of them very subtle things. There's one that we had right in one of the first demos that we did that nobody has found - it's in there if you look hard enough."

The panelists also shed some light on the creative processes behind Arkham City, although they refused to be drawn on what Rocksteady's next project will be. Sefton did take the time to reiterate that they were absolutely not working on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, to our continued disappointment.

'Harley Quinn's Revenge' gestern durchgespielt und recht zufrieden. War in der Tat ein bisschen zu kurz, aber endlich konnte man auch mal mit Robin spielen. Den Konflikt mit Harley hatte ich mir allerdings ein bisschen intensiver vorgestellt und Robin hätte ruhig mehr Spielzeit haben können. Ruckelte leider an 1-2 Stellen, was ich nicht so recht verstehen kann. In AC hatte ich auf meiner PS3 sonst keine Performance-Probleme.

War jedenfalls recht unterhaltsam, für 7,99 € kann man da eigentlich nicht meckern. Jetzt bitte noch mal eine Nightwing-Mission in Kooperation mit Robin oder Catwoman und ich bin zufrieden
