So, habe mir heute für 88 € die Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition im Store vorbestellt. Der Preis ist wirklich in Ordnung, vor allem, wenn man bedenkt, was diesmal alles dabei ist. Denn im Gegensatz zum Vorgänger (FH3) sind nun auch die beiden Expansion Sets im Preis mit inbegriffen. Die gehen normalerweise für je 20 Tacken über die Ladentheke. Darüber hinaus hat man noch so Schmankerl wie den Car Pass und den VIP-Status dabei. Außerdem darf man schon am 28. September (Freitag) starten; also vier Tage früher. Da kann ich dann schön das Wochenende mitnehmen.

Vielleicht kommt FM8 wirklich erst für die nächste Xbox.


Crates werden aus FM7 entfernt. Es wird in FM7 und FH4 keine Tokens gegen Geld geben. Das war evtl. mal für FM7 geplant, jedenfalls war das bei den vorherigen Spielen der Fall, zuletzt immer etwas nach Launch .

Der Umbau nimmt Zeit in Anspruch und wird erst gegen Winter fertig sein.
So eine lange Zeit mit Featureupdates ist sehr ungewöhnlich für FM.

One major area of discussion for the team has been prize crates. While we’ve never charged money for prize crates in Forza Motorsport 7, their presence in the game has continued to be a source of controversy. The overwhelming feedback has been that this system feels out of place in the game. After careful consideration, we have decided to completely remove prize crates from Forza Motorsport 7. Similarly, paid tokens – which were a part of previous Forza games – will not be coming to Forza Motorsport 7 or Forza Horizon 4.

Due to the complexity of removing prize crates from the game – while keeping access to Driver Gear, Mods and Badges – we expect that this process will be completed in the winter timeframe. Starting this month we’ve already taken steps towards that goal, first by unlocking more than 100 previously locked “exclusive” cars and, second, by completely removing cars from the prize crates in the game. The current lineup of prize crates offer no competitive advantage and only offer Driver Gear suits, Mods and badges, and these crates will remain in place until crates are removed entirely.

FH2 bald nicht mehr zu kaufen.:

Forza Horizon 2 will reach “end of life” status on September 30. That means that the game and its associated DLC will no longer be available for purchase. After September 30, players who own Forza Horizon 2 will still able to download and play the game and its associated content as normal. However, Forza Horizon 2 and its DLC will no longer be for sale. Forza Horizon 2 is currently available as part of August Games With Gold so, if you haven’t played it already, now is a great time to grab it.

Überlege im Moment auch, ob ich bei FM7 + Car Pass zuschlage. Allerdings bin ich eher der Singleplayer Spieler, und da fand ich die cheatende KI irgendwie sehr abturn

Habe mal durch die Free Days FM7 geladen und lustigerweise sofort alle DLCs gekriegt. Vielleicht, weil ich zu Release die Ultimate Edition auf dem PC gespielt habe, die hab ich dann aber refundet wegen schlechter Performance. Die Memo scheint auf der Xbox nicht angekommen zu sein

Crysmo, du kennst dich doch so gut aus.

Ich hab meinen PC am TV angeschlossen, hab am Desktop 1080p Ausgabe, weil ich bei 4K da kaum noch was erkenne.

Wenn ich jetzt Horizon 3 oder Forza 7 Spiele (bzw. wahrscheinlich irgendeine UWP App/Spiel), dann bleibt die Auflösung bei 1080p, ich kann im Spiel auf 4K stellen, aber der Fernseher ändert die Auflösung nicht. Ist das normal?


Ich glaub das Spiel ansich rendert aber in 4K, wird dann wohl supergesammelt.
