Such was the case with a hacker who hacked into Marvel vs Capcom 3 to reveal traces of Frank West and Spidey's nemesis Dr Octopus. This could mean that they were either planned for the game and sacked, as is the case for Frank West, or that they will come in the future as DLC.*
