Ich muss allerdings sagen ich hatte auch seit ich schnelles Inet hab fast immer guten DL Speed.

USB Update geht nur über den "Safe Mode":

• Turn off the power of your PS4™ system completely.
  Check that the power indicator is not lit. If the power indicator is lit up in orange, touch the power button on the PS4™ system for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps a second time).
• Connect the USB storage device that the update file is saved on to your PS4™ system, and then touch the power button for at least 7 seconds.
  The PS4™ system starts in safe mode
• Select [Update System Software].
  Follow the screens to complete the installation.

HDD Wechsel: Ebenfalls über den Safe Mode, mit dem großen 859MB Update.

This procedure is for initializing your PS4™ system and performing a new installation of the system software, such as for when you replace the hard disk drive.

Zum HDD Wechsel. Heißt das, ich kann kein Backup machen und das dann aufspielen?

Das wird vermutlich heißen, dass man erst ein Backup machen muss, dann die neue HDD einbaut. Diese wird dann initalisiert / formatiert wodurch alle Daten auf der HDD verloren gehen. Aber ich denke dennoch, dass man vorher ein Backup machen kann. Zudem kann man die Saves ja im PSN zwischenlagern.

Man kann seine Saves auf den PS Plus Servern hochladen, oder auf einen USB-Datenträger kopieren.
Ein vollständiges Backup-Tool gibt es jedoch nicht mehr.

Laut den Infos im Manual ja.
Kann sein dass Sony später nochmal ein richtiges Backup-Tool integriert, aber nach den katastrophalen Ergebnissen in der PS3 bezweifle ich das.

Hab mir das ~800MB Update nun auch mal geladen. Werd nämlich auch gleich die Festplatte auswechseln, dann braucht man es ja.
Bin mir aber irgendwie gar nicht so sicher, ob das US Update voll kompatibel mit EU Konsolen ist. Bei der PS3 wurde doch afair auch mal davor gewarnt Updates von anderen Regionen zu installieren. Hm...

Hoffe die EU Seite gibt bald mal die Downloadlinks raus...

PS3 Updates sind für alle Regionen gleich.
PSP bis auf ein paar frühere afaik auch.

Installieren kann man sowieso nur korrekte Updates- außer die Konsole wurde gehackt.

Bitte beachte, dass noch nicht ganz klar ist, ob alle Versionen in allen Ländern vernünftig laufen.
Ich weiß, dass ihr bereits auf der Homepage in einer News einen Link vergeben habt, aber soweit ich das gesehen habe, war das die US Version. (Steinigt mich wenn ich falsch liegen sollte)

Ich würde auf jeden Fall warten, bis die DE Version des Patches online geht und nur diese aufspielen.

Aber: Um hier nicht zu viel Verwirrung zu verbreiten, werde ich den hier auf der Webseite angegebenen Link morgen mal bestätigen lassen.
Dann gibt es grünes Licht um die Leitungen auf Hochtouren zu bringen .

Wie gesagt, bei der PS3 waren die Updates überall gleich, und bei der PS4 schaut es genauso aus.

Die XML Datei mit den Updateinfos ist auch schon für Europa, Japan,... online. Alle identisch.

Die Datei für die Neuinstallation ist auf der Seite aber nicht zu finden oder?
Die Datei war jetzt nur etwa 300 MB groß.

Oder ist die Datei jetzt mit 1.51 von rund 900 MB auf 300 MB geschrumpft?
