Ein herzliches Willkommen zu unserem gamescom 2011 Store Update, das euch heute im Laufe des Nachmittags über PlayStation Network zur Verfügung stehen wird.
Ich bin bereits seit Montag hier in Köln und noch herrscht relative Ruhe – morgen öffnet die gamescom ihre Pforten für die breite Öffentlichkeit und dann ist es endgültig hier vorbei mit dem “einfach durch die Hallen schlendern”
Für alle, die diese Woche den Weg nach Köln nicht machen können, haben wir dafür aber jede Menge Videos für euch im Update parat. Die Details zu den Videos findet ihr unten in der Video Sektion der Vorschau.
Doch nicht nur Videos werden euch heute zur Verfügung stehen – auch einige Retail Games haben ihren Weg ins PSN gefunden und ihr könnt euch zb. Dead Space oder Far Cry in der Vollversion herunterladen. Wer sich mehr im Puzzle Genre zuhause fühlt, der wird mit Cubixx HD sicherlich auf seine Kosten kommen. Für PS Plus Mitglieder gibt’s bei Cubixx HD neben einem 20% Rabatt auf den Kaufpreis auch noch ein kostenloses Design zum Download.
Neben all diesen Inhalten werdet ihr auch sehen, dass wir ein par kleine Änderungen im PlayStation Store vorgenommen haben, um euch das Leben einfacher zu machen. Das Store Team hat hart daran gearbeitet um die Designs Sektion umzustrukturieren und auch einige der Icons wurden neu erstellt – damit ihr alles schnell und einfach finden könnt.

Fremde kaufen für 200 Pfund im PSN ein und aktivieren die Inhalte auf 2 fremden PS3 Systemen.
Sonys Support will nicht weiterhelfen, und teilt nur mit falls er das Geld zurückbuchen läßt wird sein Account und die Konsolen, die eingekauft haben, gebannt.
Unabhängig von der Rechtslage schaut guter Support anders aus.

Wenn sein Account gehackt wurde liegt die Schuld eindeutig bei Sony und wenn die nicht spuren, würde ich bei solch einer Summe den Anwalt einschalten.
Hat er jedoch selbst Mist gebaut und die Daten weiter gegeben (sharing) .... so hart es sich anhört, ist alles was Sony macht, freiwilliges Entgegenkommen.

Lt. seinen Angaben hat er nie geshared.
Solche Geschichten im Netz muß man natürlich immer mit einer gewissen Vorsicht betrachten.

Naja, demnach dürftest du nirgends deine CC speichern.
Ähnliche Stories gibt's auch bei XBL - wobei MS dort grundsätzlich solche Probleme zum Vorteil des Kunden lösen kann - wie gut das in der Praxis funktioniert weiß ich aber nicht.
Das Problem bei den Konsolen im Gegensatz zu anderen Onlineeinkäufen: Nicht nur die gekaufte Ware ist in Gefahr, sondern der Spieleraccount und die Konsole selbst.
Man kann eigentlich nur raten im PSN/XBL keine CC zu hinterlegen und alles mit Guthabenkarten zu bezahlen.
