My little local store sold it to me early. Screen is beautiful. PSN integration is very shaky - might get better after the full release tomorrow. Uncharted is something of a tech demo - the controls are pretty awful.
My first instinct was to disable the motion controls. Stick control alone was terrible because intially there is heavy inertia, and then it accelerates rapidly. I almost always overshot. I ended up enabling the motion controls and it's actually better - I use the sticks for larger movements and the motion for fine tuning (like sniping in KZ2, if I recall correctly).
There is a lot of other touch and motion stuff shoehorned in, not all of which is optional. It's all pretty shit. Think early sixaxis stuff.
As for the dialogue...it's not the worst, but it's clear Amy Hennig was not involved.
Overall I'm enjoying the game - not loving it. Feels quite a lot like the original Uncharted.
The PSN integration is pretty patchy at the moment. Hopefully that's just server stuff that will be ok tomorrow once the system is officially released. I can't really tell whether I'm online much of the time, and every time I go into the game I get a message saying 'the network features have been disabled' - whatever that means. The trophies synch (if I check on my PS3, my level is increasing), but there is no record of vita trophies or games anywhere to be seen.
Also UC1 hat mir gefallen.
No - rentals do not exist here. Apparently Nintendo is to blame.

Not really sure what else to talk about really. I didn't pick up any other games - once the guy in the shop agreed to sell it early I decided just to take what I had and flee before he had second thoughts. Might go and have a closer look tomorrow.
There are a lot of things I can't do at the moment - can't get on the store via the Vita, hopefully just because the US store isn't compatible yet. Can't use the location thing ('Near'), possibly because I'm getting Nat 3 (for some reason - that's going to be a tortuous Japanese phone call to my provider on Monday).
Pretty much everything exists as an app of sorts (even trophies, friends list etc...), up to 6 of which you can have open at any one time. I wouldn't say it's intuitive, but I'm sure I'll be fine with it in a day.
I've barely touched the browser, but it actually seemed quicker than my iPad on my wireless connection.
Mit US Account funktionieren vielleicht bis zum US Release einige Sachen nicht, vor allem der Store, da wird er sich gedulden müssen.

Also da muss was dran sein. Zu viel von Uncharted 3 kopiert :ugly:. Patch incoming?

Update:
Allow me expand on my earlier statements and give you some personal context. My background is a relatively shooter oriented one. I've played all three Uncharteds, 1 and 3 on hard and 2 on Crushing. I however didn't notice the aiming problem in 3 but I also knocked the sensitivity up to max before I started playing. I also have a background in other shooters.

The graphics seem to be full of aliasing. This is especially apparent when in motion and on the character models. The few cutscenes I've seen aren't up to ND's standards also. The texture work is pretty good for the most part. This however is not the equal of DF. It's somewhere below mainly due to the previously noted aliasing. Character models aren't up to PS3 levels also.

Now on to the aiming. It's a mess and that's with all motion controls disabled. I'll try tweaking it to see if it gets better but the fluidity of motion, speed, and overall crispness is not on par with the Uncharteds on the PS3. It honestly feels worse than DF.
