Bandai Namco will consider Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth localization if petition reaches 50,000 signatures
Bandai Namco will consider localizing Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth if a fan petition reaches 50,000 signatures, the company’s European community manager Isshak Gravi said on Twitter.

Currently, a Change.org petition calling for the localization of Cyber Sleuth and/or Digimon World Re: Digitize Decode for 3DS has reached over 30,400 signatures.

Gravi added that while reaching 50,000 won’t automatically ensure the game will be localized, it will “start a discussion” within the company.

“That’s your best bet fans, to try and START a discussion,” he said. “Digimon isn’t what it used to be & a 3DS/Vita JRPG is not the easiest to bring over.”

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is currently scheduled for a 2015 release in Japan.

Yoshida: “Many, Many” First-Party PS Vita Games in Development
The question I was asked was, ‘going forward, [will] the number of first party will be smaller?’, and I said ‘yes, number of projects will be smaller.’ I never said ‘we won’t make any games on PS Vita’.

We’re continuing to make games on PS Vita… we just launched a game called Freedom Wars in Japan, it’s a big title dedicated to PS Vita, and it’s received very well in Japan – we’ll bring that to Europe and US as well. And we’re making that JRPG, a very, very beautiful JRPG called Oreshika as well. And games made in Europe – Murasaki Baby is a dedicated PS Vita title that got many awards at E3.

And we’re continuing to make cross-platform games like Helldivers or CounterSpy. Many, many games we have in development for PS Vita from first-party as well.”

USA: PS Vita vielerorts ausverkauft

Criminal Girls And Firefly’s Diary Are Coming To The West On Vita

About the game:
In the depths of a labyrinthine ruin, a young girl named Mion rises from a deep sleep. Lost, alone, and with no memory of how she got here or where her parents
are, she is greeted by two fireflies—one composed entirely of light, and another who lurks among the shadows. By shifting between a world of light and a world
of shadows, these two fireflies must work together to recover Mion’s memories and lead her out of the ruins, where voracious shadow beasts, ancient machines,
and treacherous traps lie in wait to bar her path. But what secrets do Mion’s lost memories contain? What is the connection between her, the ruins, and the
fireflies lighting her escape? The answers may reveal a deeper darkness—one that must be faced from within...
